Matsui Gaming Machine Co., Ltd. was established in Tokyo in August 1980 by Honorary Chairman Takashi Matsui.
Since our founding, we have been engaged in the manufacture and sale of casino and toy supplies, as well as import and sale as an agent for overseas manufacturers.Currently, we are conducting sales activities throughout Japan from our Tokyo head office, Osaka branch, and Shizuoka factory. The Toy Division’s product lineup includes a wide range of entertainment products, including the famous magic card “Bicycle Card”, collaboration cards with companies and brands, and, in recent years, golf markers.
While we sell our products to department stores, mass retailers, toy stores, and the Internet, we receive many inquiries for casino events and casino parties due to our extensive product lineup as a top casino manufacturer, and are very well received.
Overseas, we have been exhibiting at gaming shows for many years, and supply products to casinos in 130 countries around the world through Matsui Asia (Macau), Matsui America (Las Vegas), and Matsui Europe (Manchester), and our gaming chips in particular have received high praise under the name MATSUI CHIP®.

MATSUI’s manufacturing and assembly plant based outsode of TOKYO, Japan, is devoted to the construction and overhauling of Gaming Tables, Roulette Wheels and the special printing technique that is required for the production of high quality Layouts.

With other thirty years experience of expertise in the traditional art of silkscreen printing our craftsmen have an in depth knowledge of the design and finish of this highly skilled technique. In screen-printing even the temperature can affect the chemicals and bleaches used, consequently the plant is under a controlled temperature setting ensuring highest quality print with the least amount of cloth wastage, ultimately reducing our costs which we then can pass on to our customers.
Today’s technology plays a large part in the intricate design and manufacture of the bearings in a roulette wheel. Utilising the latest expertise and machinery, which Japan has to offer MATSUI are able to build a bearing assembly that can achieve a spin rate unimagined a fewyears ago. Tolerances of 0.1mm can also be rearized with precise engineering to the roulette wheel’s rotor assembly.
